A vehicle approaches the entry lane and triggers the loop sensor or camera motion event.

The IP camera captures a frame of the vehicle and plate — any RTSP camera works.

The frame goes to the recognition engine, which reads the plate and returns text, country, and a confidence score in under 200 milliseconds.

The platform checks the plate against whitelists, active guest passes, and billing rules in real time.

A command goes to the barrier controller and the gate opens. The whole flow takes less than a second.

A parking session begins; billing, occupancy, and analytics update instantly. On exit, the same flow closes the session.

If a plate cannot be read or the connection drops, operators are notified immediately and barriers default to safe operation — vehicles are never trapped, and all data queues for sync when connectivity returns.
